Photo series: 4 days of The Bug's curation at LGW19, captured by Juri Hiensch Thu Jan 16th Unable to show videos. Please click here to accept cookies and enable embedding of videos. As a defiant experimentalist ceaselessly exploring sonic extremities, contrasts and frictional collisions, The Bug's obsession with beats, bass, body horror, and dub technology has been mirrored throughout his turbulent, mutating career. Le Guess Who? residential photographer Juri Hiensch spent four days with Kevin Richard Martin aka The Bug at LGW, to capture Martin's curation at the festival as well as the several performances he gave (including with King Midas Sound, ZONAL feat. Nazamba & Moor Mother, and with Hatis Noit). Juri's photo series captures The Bug backstage as well as during soundcheck and performing, and also includes shots of Godflesh and Slikback as part of the curation. View the full photo series here.
